Hospital Visits/Home Visits

Sutter Creek Church of the Nazarene cares for our church family and our community. As part of our mission, we want to extend the love and comfort of Christ to all who may need it.

If you have a loved one who needs to be visited in the hospital by our Caring Ministry, please complete the following form and we will have someone contact you as soon as possible to set up a hospital or home visit.
